Here are the processing steps which the fundraising committee follows by: 1. Collect potential attendee's name from the steering committee. 2. Mr. Mike King adds on the attendee's name into our tracking spreadsheet. 3. Fundraising committee assigns "address,phone# & ceo name" verification task to our committee members. 4. Mr. Mike King updates the address,phone#, ceo name into the spreadsheet and keeps track the progress of the verification status. 5. Fundraising committee members address the envelopes with calligraphy. 6. Fundraising committee members stuff invitations and drop them off to the post office. 7. Find out "who knows who" for following up phone call assignment. 8. Mr. Mike King updates the result of the follow-up phone calls. 9. Bill and Laura Eagan receive RSVP from our guests. 10. Mr. Mike King updates the result of the RSVP. 11. Bill Eagan will confirm the total of RSVP number to the Steering committee. What is next after the 1st batch of invitation is out? By 6/2 (Thursday) evening, the follow-up phone call assignments will be sent to FRC members. By 6/6 (Monday) 6pm, no more adding on new nominee's name will be accepted. Therefore, please provide their names prior to this date in order to process the invitation timely. By 6/17 (Friday) 10am, Bill Eagan will confirm the total of RSVP number to the Steering committee. By 6/27 evening, We are going to have a successful fundraising event. Current status: 80 invitations were mailed out on May 28. Mr. Bob Creveling has + - 80 additional invitation packages standing by for new nominee's names and the late submission of the remaining address verification from the 1st batch. Mr. Mike King is waiting for Steering committee to provide the info. of City Councilmen, Mr. Bob Nelson and/or new nominee's names for invitation process. 6/6 (Monday) 7pm, FRC will come up the plan for secondary fundraising projects, project leaders, budgets, and our new treasurer.
