The Insurance companies that provide health care insurance don't really seem to be involved in health care as much as sick care.  Unfortunately it causes a problem for them in that their practices kill off their members starting at an early age.  If they could adopt a paradigm change to be healthy living promoters their costs and income would both improve dramatically, their clients would live longer and healthier lives and the health (oops - sick) care industry would decline dramatically along with the costs of sick care.  The benefits of this approach could impact the world health problems dramatically because of the emphasis on preventative behavior and the reduction in the cost of sick care.
